The St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Celtic Fair presented by Downtown Billings Alliance & @Hooligans Sports Bar has been a tradition in the Billings community for 40 years.

This annual FREE community event features a parade over 40 festival floats and the Celtic Fair & Street Party fill the streets below Skypoint with the scent of street food and the festive sound of music, cloggers, bag-pipers.
Enjoy a festive atmosphere with outdoor family-friendly activities, food trucks, a FREE 12pm Repeat O’ffenders concert on Broadway, and more.
