Billings Kiwanis Club’s 25th Free Youth Fishing Jamboree
The Billings Kiwanis Club and Billings Parks & Recreation Department invite all youth ages 5 & up, to sign-up for the 25th Annual Free Youth Fishing Jamboree on Saturday, June 26th, from 10:00 AM to 12:15 PM at Riverfront Park / Lake Josephine.
All youngsters, ages 5 to 14, are encouraged to register at Cabela’s, YMCA or online at billingskiwanis.org at no charge. The jamboree will be limited to the first 80 to register. A parent, grandparent or guardian must accompany each youth fisherman. The jamboree will provide fishing instruction by Carol Henckel assisted by
Walleyes Unlimited, Cabela’s fishing poles if needed, Pryor Creek Bait ~ fishing bait, YMCA canoeing, Audubon nature experience and a Walleyes Unlimited free picnic. Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks provides a free adult fishing license for parents. A fun and rewarding experience is promised all. Sign up early. Don’t be late.
