Gainan’s Flowers takes flowers to various local organizations as an incentive to “Keep Up the Good Work”
With all of the changes and uncertainty right now as a result of COVID-19, Gainan’s Flowers wanted to add a bright spot by delivering flowers free of charge to employees of different community organizations. Kristen Gainan-Sparboe and other members of the flower design department, took buckets of flowers, containing hundreds of varieties of bright fresh flowers, around to different community organizations in an effort to spread good cheer and let them know how important they are to our community. The signs on the flowers reads “We’re all in this Together. We’re here to Brighten your Day with an incentive to keep going from Gainan’s Flowers!”
“We just want the employees in the healthcare industry who are on the line for us & for our community to know that we are all in this together, and give a bright spot in their day and hopefully an incentive to keep up the good work”, says Kristen Gainan, owner & operator Gainan’s Flowers, Design & Delivery.
They are planning to go to as many local hospitals as will let them in. Today they went to Billings Clinic, St. Vincent Healthcare, & Riverstone Health. Tomorrow they will be out spreading encouragement again & hope to get to places like Community Crisis Center, The Hub, Tumbleweed & more.
Gainan’s is currently remaining open because they know how important people’s birthdays and anniversaries are, and that flowers may be one of the only ways to reach out and brighten someone’s day right now.
