Once the client lands her job, she is allowed to return for an employment suiting, where she is provided several coordinating outfits appropriate for her occupation. After the client has been employed for 30 days, the client is invited back for a final suiting to reward her for maintaining employment. All donated clothing items are free to their clients.
While Dress for Success Billings provides each client with professional attire to secure employment, they are much more than simply a new outfit. Besides physically equipping the client with apparel and accessories, the programs furnish her with a confidence that she carries forever and the knowledge that she can actively define her life, the direction she takes and what success means to her.
